Pin to individual processor(s)
Micro-optimisations (UMA, ATIME, etc)
OpenBSD and/or Linux compatible syscalls
Use SHA-2 (AKA Keccak) as the output generator
Get sysinstall/bsdinstall to leave /boot/entropy, /entropy and /var/db/saved-entropy.1 files for first boot.
