Notes

ctf/debugging

Create wrappers around cc and ld to run ctfconvert and ctfmerge, so they don't need to be called after. This should get ctf data for ports.
Look at mdb (porting)
Look at adding support to print ine numbers in ddb.
libdwarf and libctf will continue to live together until a decision about which to go w/, and address the fact that in kernel dwarf is too large.
It would be good to unify backtrace format between arches in ddb.
The usual debugging over USB or ethernet, just needs to be done.
Talked briefly about using libctf for ABI interface between kernel and userland. This may be Daniel Lovasko's GSoC this year.
There is large amounts of improvements to be made to bhyve gdb, such as stopping cpus while waiting for commands, and sending complete gdb commands instead of a character at a time.
