FreeBSD Vendor Summit, 2-3 November 2017
This page describes the November 2017 FreeBSD Bay Area Vendor Summit.

Cost and Registration
Attendees must register by October 13, 2017. Developers with write access to the Wiki may register themselves below. Those without write access should email devsummit@freebsd.org to be added to the attendee list.
There is a fee of US $75 to attend the summit, to be submitted on the FreeBSD Foundation's Summit Registration site.
Sponsors
Netflix is providing the venue, catering, and reception.
Reception
Netflix is pleased to host a reception on the evening of Nov 2 at 6pm, following the conclusion of the meeting sessions. The reception will be held on-campus, adjacent to the Vendor Summit meeting area. All summit attendees are encouraged to join us, and all attendees are welcome to bring one guest as part of their registration fee. In the sign up below, please indicate if you will be attending the reception and if you will be bringing a non-attendee guest.

Signs will direct attendees to the check in area in between Buildings D and E.

In order to attend, you must register in advance; this allows us to size rooms, order food, and provide beverages. We appreciate your cooperation in letting us know your plans well in advance of the event. Non-committers must be sponsored by a committer in order to attend. Due to increased attendance in recent years, companies are limited to one non-committer unless permission is explicitly granted by the organizers.
